Options from Candidates of BCI Qualifying Exam For Indian Nationals Holding Foreign Law Degrees, for choice of centers are still pouring in.
After receipt of all the requests, the options shall be sent across to NLUs and to STBC, as their convenience is of utmost importance to fix upon the date of the exam.
All of them have to agree upon one date/day.
We hope to conduct the Exam by 1st week of October, 2020, subject to the convenience of the NLU’s and STBC’s.
However, in case they are unable to agree upon any date in the first week of October, 2020 i.e. either on 3rd or 4th of October, 2020, the next earliest feasible date, preferably in the next week of October, 2020 shall be duly intimated to you.
The candidates, who are yet to receive any email for confirmation of their name in the list of candidates for this exam should know that all candidates, who have appeared previously or who have been allowed to appear in the exam previously, and who were unable to appear or are/were required to give one or two papers, except from candidates who are specifically debarred from taking the exam, are automatically qualified, and their names are there in our list.
A batch of 22 or more candidates have already been sent emails about the finalisation of their candidature to appear in the said exam.
The final list of all candidates will be out latest by 20th September, 2020, if not earlier.
Admit cards will be emailed only after confirmation of the center by NLU’s and STBC, as the case may be according to options chosen, so candidates need not worry on such account and it will be emailed as and when firstly all options are received at our end from the Candidates and after the same options are confirmed by the NLU’s and by STBS.
Candidates need not worry on account of their admits cards at this stage.
The fee and the fee account details (online Transfer) shall be intimated by 20th to 25th September, 2020, if not earlier.
