    On the basis of the print out of the above result sheets of the 17th Bar Council of India Qualifying Examination for Indian Nationals Holding Foreign Law Degrees, all candidates who have passed the examination are eligible to be enrolled with the respective State Bar Council/s subject to fulfillment of other prerequisite of enrollment as per the State Bar Council/s Rules, Bar Council of India Rules and the Advocates Act 1961. This result sheet is uploaded on the website of Bar Council of India and the State Bar Council/s are hereby directed and requested to treat a print out of the same sufficient for the purposes of treating a candidate to be passed or failed, State Bar Council/s shall not be required to seek any other documentation or verification from either the candidate or from the Bar Council of India, at this moment. It is also clarified that the candidate/s should submit attested copy/ies of the pass certificate/s to the concerned State Bar Council/s after the originals are made available to them also, but this shall not stand in the way of their enrolment.

     

    The State Bar Councils may check the website of the Bar Council of India for verification of the result sheet.
