    Public notice about fake University

    9 June 2010: The Secretary of the Bar Council of India has announced that Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh, Bharat Bhawan, Matiyari Road, Chinhat, Lucknow is an unauthorized institution and does not have any approval/recognition/affiliation of the Bar Council of India for imparting a law course. The public notice urged students not to take admission for any Law Course in this organization. The public notice has been reproduced below.

    Pertaining to Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad, Lucknow, U.P.

    It is brought to the notice of the General Public that Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh, Bharat Bhawan, Matiyari Road, Chinhat, Lucknow is unauthorized institution and does not have any approval/recognition/affiliation of the Bar Council of India for imparting law course either in three year or five year. Hence, students are hereby informed not to take admission for any Law Course in this organization. If any student takes admission in the aforesaid institute the same will be at his own risk.
